Born to Make (Art) History will only offer refunds or replacements for the following:

• Damaged products (must provide proof of damage)
  
• Packages destroyed or lost in transit (we will track and insure our packages, but just to be safe!)

Upon sending you your shipping confirmation, you are responsible for notifying us WITHIN 48 HOURS of any errors we have made to the address on the shipping label. If your shipping details have changed since you placed your order, you are responsible for notifying us so we can make the appropriate changes.

We are not responsible for your bundle being sent to the wrong address because you neglected to inform us of an error on your shipping label.

If you are eligible for a replacement, you will only be replaced the bundle that was damaged or lost. Additional items that you choose to add to your bundle will be charged. If you do not wish for a replacement, you will be refunded instead.
